Does this allow content related to Closing Logos?

Yes, but however in the Fandom Version, you can't. Be sure to not upload scary logos (ex. BND's "The Mask of Guo Xiang", the Boje Buck logo, The V Of Doom, and Oz Film Manafacturing Company's Princess Ozma/Vivian Reed logo.)
